Student Representative Council InitiativesEach year, one pupil from each class from Year 2 to Year 5 and two children from each Year 6 class is elected to be a representative on our Student Council. The Student Council meets four times each term under the guidance of staff members. The student representatives convey to the meeting the views of their classes on matters which affect the pupils at our school. The SRC undergo a half day training session at the beginning of each year, where the children discuss and learn about leadership, decision making, goal setting and action planning. Formal and informal meeting are held to discuss issues raised by class members. The SRC aims to provide a forum for student opinion, to develop school leadership, to promote improvement in the school and to promote school spirit.
