Our Students

Dance Group

Dance has always been a popular extra curricular activity at Peakhurst West Public School. This year in order to get the best from our dancers, it was decided to combine our Junior and Senior dancers into one large group. The dance group consists of students from years 4 to 6.

This year the students' first performance was at our annual Grandparents day. The students performed a routine specifically choreographed for our students. This dance was performed again very professionally for our School Open Day in Education Week and The Combined Schools Music Festival in August.

The final dance group performance will be performed at the inaugural Creative Arts Evening held at school in December.

The students always have fun during rehearsals and thoroughly enjoy the excitement of performing in front of friends and family.
